Melodic hard rockers Toseland kick off their U.K. tour this week, in support of new album 'Cradle The Rage'. Led by motor sport world champion James Toseland, the band's ten date run takes in stops in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Released today (11th March 2016), 'Cradle The Rage' features eleven tracks including latest single 'Puppet On A Chain'; the video of which can be viewed below. Produced by former Little Angels front man Toby Jepson and mixed by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Bryan Adams, Mötley Crüe), the album is the follow-up to 2013 debut 'Renegade'.
Selling over 13,000 copies in the U.K., 'Renegade's success saw the band headline three sell out tours, as well as perform to thousands of people at numerous festivals including; Car Fest, Ramblin Man Fair, Isle Of Wight and Hard Rock Hell. Following on, the band inked a licensing deal with German label Metalville earlier this year, which has resulted in a global deal for the release of 'Cradle The Rage'.
Meanwhile, James has recently filmed an appearance for BBC2's 'True Grit'. A documentary series that sees competitors take on some of the most extreme challenges around the globe, the singer was joined by Gareth Thomas (rugby legend), Donavon Bailey (Double Olympic champion) and former 400m world champion Iwan Thomas to take on the show's head to head challenges. The four part documentary will air in the Spring of 2016.
