Returning after a short absence in 2017, the Kerrang! Awards have just announced the nominations for this years' event. Taking place in London on 21st June 2018, Foo Fighters, Architects and Enter Shikari lead the pack, with three nominations each.  Iron Maiden have recreated the stage set to their current 'Legacy Of The Beast' tour in a new PvP arena to their same-named game. In a global first, the move represents an unparalleled level of integration in the mobile space, with the arena designed in tandem with Iron Maiden’s actual touring stage set. The announcement comes as Maiden kick off their thirty-eight date 2018 European tour.  Danish metallers Volbeat brought the riffs, rockabilly, and roof raising antics to Dublin’s Olympia theatre on Sunday night (28th May 2018), as they kicked off their European tour in Ireland. The new edition includes in-progress demos and unreleased tracks. Appetite, which is still the best-selling debut album ever, is re-released as the band embarks on its third year of a reunion tour, after years of seeming like it was never going to happen.
