Joe Satriani has become the most recent addition to the list of artists who have had to reschedule dates in the wake of the Covid-19 global crisis. The guitar virtuoso, whose new album 'Shapeshifting' is released on 10th April 2020, has however, urged fans to "band together to beat this virus and rock another day".

Laois, Electric Picnic is Ireland's largest music and arts festival.

Download Festival has announced major site improvement plans for the 2020 festival which takes place on 12 - 14 June 2020 at the spiritual home of rock in Donington Park, Leicestershire. Headlined by System of a Down, Iron Maiden and Kiss, Download 2020 follows on from 2019's event which saw Slayer bow out and Tool return.
