Joe Satriani has become the most recent addition to the list of artists who have had to reschedule dates in the wake of the Covid-19 global crisis. The guitar virtuoso, whose new album 'Shapeshifting' is released on 10th April 2020, has however, urged fans to "band together to beat this virus and rock another day".

Other acts announced include multiple Brit Award winner Lewis Capaldi, sensations Picture This, and a returning Run the Jewels. Taking place from 5th - 6th September in Stradbally, Co. Laois, Electric Picnic is Ireland's largest music and arts festival.
