The Dead Daisies and The Answer, two of rocks most celebrated, dynamic and utterly consummate bands to have emerged in recent years, have teamed up to play a ten date U.K. co-headline tour in November. Kicking off in Scotland, at The Lemon Tree in Aberdeen on 12th November, the jaunt takes in a stop in Glasgow, before moving on to England. The tour finishes up in London on 23rd November.

The full list of dates can be viewed below. The dates come as both acts prepare for fresh bouts of activity, with the release of new albums before the tour begins.

Released 5th August 5th via Spitfire Music / SPV, The Dead Daisies’ hotly anticipated new album 'Make Some Noise',  is a stunning, full-on hard rock ‘n’ roll triumph, packed with huge hooks, giant, intense guitar riffs and glorious, distinctive vocals. Recorded with celebrated producer Marti Frederiksen whose previous credits include Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe and Buckcherry,  'Make Some Noise' is the third release from the band which features former members of the likes of Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Foreigner, Dio, Mötley Crüe and more.

Meanwhile, The Answers’ sixth studio 'Solas', is set for an October 28th release on Napalm Records, just two weeks prior to the commencement of the tour. The Gaelic work for ‘light’, 'Solas' has been cited as a modern rock album which reflects the band’s Celtic roots for the first time. Produced by Andy Bradfield and Avril Mackintosh, who also produced the band's classic  debut 'Rise', the album features an innovative co-write from iconic British composer and Massive Attack producer Neil Davidge.

Says The Answer singer Cormac Neeson of the release; “Solas is new and exciting. It’s a deeper, darker slant on what we do and a piece of work we’ve building towards since we first started writing songs together in our loft. The fact that we get to debut this new material with our mates The Dead Daisies just adds to the rush we’re currently experiencing. You really don’t want to miss this one!

Adding his excitement about the joint tour announcement, The Dead Daisies' John Corabi adds: “Just getting ready to kick-off our Summer Tour in support of our new album 'Make Some Noise'. I am super excited to announce we are coming back to the U.K. and Europe in the fall for a double dose of good old fashioned, no frills, kick-in-the-teeth, take no prisoners rock ‘n’ roll with our good friends in The Answer!”
