Steelhouse Festival is set to return to its Ebbw Vale home once again, with this years' event promising to be the best ever. Now in its sixth year, the annual hard rock happening has previously been headlined by the likes of British rock pioneers UFO, shock rocking Twisted Sister front man Dee Snider, and kings of the infectious keyboard riff Europe.

Taking place between 23 - 24 July at at Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm, Ebbw Vale, the 2016 ‘Welsh International Classic Rock Festival’ is this year headed up by a pair of classic British acts, with blues rockers Thunder set to headline Saturday night, while iconic Lowestoft sensations The Darkness bringing the event to a close on Sunday.

Elsewhere, the diverse lineup includes appearances from old school favourites like the tequila-swigging Terrorvision and Northern Irish 'swamp music' makers The Answer. The established acts will be vying for attention against the likes of up and coming Swedes Blues Pills, revivalists The Dead Daisies and more.

With Steelhouse Festival growing in stature each year, the celebrated event still offers great value to the punters who get to experience that ‘big’ festival vibe locally, in the stunning backdrop of the Welsh mountains.

Check out the poster for the full line up, or visit  www.steelhousefestival.com for full details.
