Hard Rock legends Status Quo have added Belfast and Dublin dates to their 'The Last Night Of The Electrics' tour. Billed as theie final run of electric dates ever, the band will play Belfast's SSE Arena on 28th October 2016, and Dublin's 3Arena the following night, on 29th October 2016.
The shows follow on from the record breaking act's last appearance in Ireland back in April 2014, when their original 'Frantic Four' line-up wowed the Dublin crowd with a set featuring some of their earliest material. The 3Arena gig, which was recorded and released as 'The Frantic Four's Final Fling' DVD and Blu-Ray set, was the last to feature the celebrated line-up of singer / guitarists Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt, along with bassist Alan Lancaster and drummer John Coughlan,
'The Last Night OF The Electrics' tour will see the band revert back to it's modern day line-up comprised of Rossi and Parfitt, along with long standing members Andrew Brown (keyboards / guitar), John ‘Rhino’ Edwards (bass) and Leon Cave (drums). The five-piece will be plugging in to bring their thunderous electric live show back to Belfast and Dublin for the last time.
Packed with hits, both new and old, the set for the tour will feature tracks taken from their astounding five-decade back catalogue.
