Iconic singer songwriter Paul Simon has announced a tour in support of new album 'Stranger To Stranger'. As well as paying a string of dates across the U.K. and Europe, Simon will appear at Dublin's 3Arena on 21st November 2016. His first release since 2011's acclaimed 'So Beautiful Or So What', 'Stranger To Stranger' will be released through Virgin EMI on 3rd June.
Coming on the heels of his wildly successful and critically acclaimed US concerts, Paul Simon today announces plans to tour Europe in October and November 2016, and will bring the European leg to a close in Ireland at the 3Arena, Dublin on 21st November. The concerts will see Paul play a two-hour set featuring classic songs spanning his illustrious career, as well as a selection of tracks from his eagerly anticipated forthcoming album ‘Stranger to Stranger’.
Full of thrilling, imaginative textures, Paul’s thirteenth solo album conjures a vivid and vital new context to his well-established virtuosity as a singer and songwriter. The record ushers the listener into a brave new musical world where expectations are defied and exceeded, as they were thirty years ago with his defining master work, 'Graceland'.
