Live At The Marquee Cork Line-Up Complete.

The line-up for this year's Live At The Marquee series of events in Cork has been completed, with the addition of Irish act All Tvvins set to support Foals who take to the stage on 5th July. Other acts set to appear during the summer long series of happenings include Little Mix, The Corrs, Simply Red and Slayer.

The line-up for this year's Live At The Marquee series of events in Cork has been completed, with the announcement of the addition of Irish act All Tvvins set to open for support Foals. Taking to the stage on 5th July, the indie-rockers who have opened for the likes of Arcade Fire and The Pixies, join an impressive list of names from across a multitude of genres set to rock Cork this summer. 

Kicking off on 7th June when incendiary Celtic punk-rock dynamos Dropkick Murphys arrive for their first ever show in the city, Live At The Marquee will see all manner of big name artist grace the big tent during a five week run. 

Those in the mood for dancing will be making their way to see Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, when the disco pioneer plays on 21st June. Known for their upbeat anthems such as 'Le Freak' and 'Good Times', Chic have been billed as the greatest live dance music band of all time. Led by guitarist and producer Nile Rodgers, the New York outfit will be bring all the hits and more, including tracks from their 2015 release 'I'll Be There' - their first new album in twenty-five years - to the Cork show. 

Legendary 
Eagles' linchpin  Don Henley will play the Marquee as part of a huge 2016 European and American tour. His first solo Irish shows in sixteen years, the star will appear at 29 June, as well as performing at Dublin's 3Arena on 1 July.  

Metalheads will get their fix too, when angels of death 
Slayer take a sabbatical from life south of heaven, to  visit the rebel city. They'll be bringing along fellow big four members Anthrax, in a double bill of thrash metal mayhem on 15th June. 

In keeping up with the incredibly varied musical spirit of the festival meanwhile, pop music sensations Little Mix will be spreading their wings on 3rd and 4th July, while country music hit maker Nathan Carter will be rolling into town on his wagon wheel(s) on 1st July.  

Now in its eleventh year, Live At The Marquee, Cork has become one of Ireland's most popular festival attractions.  The full calendar of events can be viewed below.
