Following on from 2022's mega two-weekend extravagansa, Hellfest will return in 2023 for four days of metal mayhem. Featuring headliners Kiss, Mötley Crüe, Iron Maiden and Slipknot, the festival which takes place in Clison, France, will run from  15th - 18th June, 2023.

2023's Hellfest follows on from the 2022 event which saw the first weekend kick off with Ghost, Gojira, and Deftones, and weekend two, which closed out the seven-day music event with Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, and Metallica headlining.

Pulling out all the stops, 2023's event will also feature Mötley Crüe, the reunited Pantera - whose 2021 interview with eonmusic continues to make headlines - a return for supergroup Hollywood Vampires featuring Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and Johnny Depp, and countless others across the extended weekend.

Fresh from their recent U.K. and Ireland tour, Alter Bridge also earn a slot, as does Steven Wilson and the reactivated Porcupine Tree, pop punkers Sum 41, symphonic metal act Within Temptation, and comedic duo Tenacious D.

Elsewhere, thrash metal titians Testament and Exodus are among the highlights on the Alter Stage, Clutch, The Cult and recent eonmusic interviewees The Melvins head up Valley Stage, while Venom, The HU, Behemoth and Fields of the Nephilim headline the Temple Stage.

And that's just the tip of the hellish iceberg. Suffice to say, Hellfest 2023 will be once again, simply unmissable.
