Fresh from the release of new album 'Future Past', Duran Duran are set to play a mammoth tour in support of the album. As well as shows in across the UK and a stop off in Dublin on 12th June 2022, the Birmingham band will perform as part of the BST series of Events on 10th July.

The icons join some of the biggest names in music for the American Express presents BST Hyde Park festival which takes place over two weekends in London in the summer. Other acts set to appear include Elton John (24th June), The Eagles with special guests Robert Plant and Alison Krauss (26th June), Adele (1st and 2nd July), and Pearl Jam (8th and 9th July).

Ticketing details for all BST shows can be found
here.

Speaking to eonmusic in 2021, Duran Duran guitarist Dom Brown said that he had been disappointed that the band's original 2020 BST date - which was cancelled due to the global pandemic- didn't take place. Said Dom; "We had Hyde Park and the
Isle of Wight pulled for 2020 in the summer, and now Hyde Park is 2022. We had loads and loads of other live things, and obviously, it’s been a terrible time in terms of performance. It’s the longest I’ve not performed since I was 16".

The Dublin show meanwhile, follows on from their show-stopping 2017 performance at Electric Picnic in Co. Laois,  which saw the band c
lose the festival with an explosion of colours and sounds.

Tickets for the Dublin show, which takes place at St Anne's Park, can by found here.
