American hard rockers Daughtry have added an additional Glasgow date to their 'It's Not Over... The Hits So Far' tour. Due to phenomenal demand, the multi-platinum act will now play at the O2 ABC on Wednesday 25th May, in addition to their previously announced show on Tuesday 24th May. The extra date comes after the original show sold out in less than one hour.

Commenting on news, front man Chris Daughtry said; “This is really amazing. Selling out Glasgow so fast is humbling and we are so happy we could add a second show for all our fans to come see us.”

Meanwhile, tickets for the full U.K. jaunt - which also takes in performances in Birmingham, Manchester and London - are expected to disappear fast, following their sold-out tour in 2014 which saw the band play two shows back to back at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire, followed by another at the Roundhouse in March 2015.

Tickets for Glasgow go on sale from 9am Friday April 1st, with tickets for the remaining dates available now from www.gigsandtours.com.

The U.K. tour follows up the release of Daughtry's first greatest hits record; 'It’s Not Over…The Hits So Far'.  As well as featuring all the hits, the compilation also includes features the brand new track 'Torches', the video for which can be viewed below.
