As online bingo booms the world over, players everywhere are heading to the internet to catch a slice of the fun. With that said, online bingo is far from the only form of the game to experience an upturn in fortunes. Bingo halls have also seen a boom in their attendance and, perhaps to an even greater extent, bingo special events are also on fire right now.
One such event is Bongo’s Bingo, a hybrid bingo bonanza combining music, comedy and of course bingo! Played across the world in party capitals like Ibiza, Dubai and Australia, Bongo’s Bingo has gone on a unique journey to get where it is today. Sound intriguing? Then click here to read more!

In this article, we will be taking a closer look at Bongo’s Bingo, tracing the event’s origins and seeing what the future holds.

So, without further ado, let’s take a look at the very beginning of Bongo’s Bingo.

So, what exactly is Bongo’s Bingo?
For those who see bingo as old-fashioned, Bongo’s Bingo looks to change minds and bring the game firmly into the 21st century.

Created by Jonny Lacey in Liverpool in 2015, Bongo’s Bingo has grown into an international bingo delight that blends elements including bingo, music, comedy and general shenanigans.

According to the guys at Bongo’s Bingo: “Bongo’s Bingo is the definitive bingo experience. It’s a crazy mix of traditional bingo, dance-offs, rave intervals, audience participation and countless magical moments, currently taking place in almost 50 locations around the world.”

If this has the sound of something incredibly fun, then that’s exactly what Bongo’s Bingo is. An amazing event based on socialising around the beloved game of bingo, there are also some top prizes to be won at Bongo’s Bingo. Immersion is key at Bongo’s Bingo, with a spirit of acceptance and love integral to providing guests with a great time.

Expansion of Bongo’s Bingo
After experiencing serious success in the city of its birth, Liverpool, Bongo’s Bingo expanded to host events in Ibiza. As Europe’s party capital, the Balearic island truly embraced Bongo’s Bingo and, very soon, it became something of an institution on the island. With that Bongo’s Bingo exploded and began hosting events in Australia and Dubai. It seems that there is no stopping the rise of bingo’s wildest event!

As the Emirati city of Dubai has developed into a centre for parties in the region, those seeling sun and fun are heading to the city. This saw Bongo’s Bingo decide to get in on the fun with a new event held at Atlantis, The Palm, one of Dubai’s most luxurious places to stay and play!

Packed with all of the Bongo’s Bingo verve that people love, the new Dubai show includes amazing prizes, rip-roaring music and more bingo than you could ever want!

Clearly, there is no end to the exponential rise of Bongo’s Bingo, the world’s wildest bingo event!
