They may have just announced their pending demise, but Megadeth were still alive and well in Dublin on Wednesday night (22nd October 2025). Opening up for Disturbed, Dave Mustaine and co pummelled their way through an hour-long set, cramming in as many of their best known songs and dispensing with the pleasantries.
German power metal pioneers Helloween celebrated four decades as a band at London's Evetim Apollo in Hammersmith on Monday night [20th October 2025], with a musical and visual spectacle that was simply out of this world. The extended show took in tracks from right across their career; from their 1985 debut 'Walls of Jericho', to this year's 'Giants and Monsters'.
With a nod to one of metal's most legendary treks - Clash of the Titians the 1990 event featuring Slayer, Megadeth and Testament - Thrash of the Titians, with an equally riff-roaring line-up landed in Dublin on Thursday night [9th October 2025]. Taking place in the beautiful confines of the ornate Olympia Theatre, the bill featured dual headliners Testament and Obituary, along with Destruction and Nervosa.
