Electric Picnic is delighted to announce Lewis Capaldi is set to headline Ireland’s biggest music and arts festival on Friday 28th August! Set in Stradbally, Co. Laois, #EP2026 takes place from 28 - 30 August.
The Scottish singer will no doubt get a hero’s welcome to Stradbally as he joins the ranks of already announced headliners Gorillaz and Fontaines D.C. plus CMAT, Sombr, Zara Larsson and much more at this year’s festival.
This year’s Electric Picnic returns to Co. Laois and will take place from 28th to 30th August 2026 welcoming 80,000 music fans to the 600-acre Stradbally Estate, with festival favourites such as Provedencia, Croí, Trailer Park, Fish Town, Salty Dog and Mindfield set to return.
EP 2026 follows on from 2025's event which saw Kneecap play their biggest ever gig, a one-off Cranberries reunion.
Other acts set to feature include Gorillaz, CMAT, The Saw Doctors and Fontaines D.C.
