Formed in 1982 after Ronnie James Dio's first departure from Black Sabbath, the band would go on to sell over 50 million albums. Even though the line-up fluctuated over the years, Ronnie returned to the DIO name after reunions with Black Sabbath and working with the members of Sabbath under the name Heaven And Hell.

DIO finally ended in 2010 when he passed away at the age of 67, but his legacy lives on loud and proud through these first seven DIO albums.
