A further 45 acts have been added to the line-up for 2025's Electric Picnic. Ireland's largest music and arts festival, this year's EP takes place in Stradbally, Co. Laois from 16th - 18th August, 2024, and is set to feature headliners Kings of Leon, Chappell Roan, Fatboy Slim, Becky Hill, Sam Fender, Hozier, and more.

Following on from their recent No Repeat Weekend shows in the US, Metallica have announced that they'[re bringing the concept to Europe in 2026. The run includes two dates at Dublin's Aviva Stadium, on 19th & 21st June.
Blacklist Union return with new single Mississippi Moonhound— a swampy, swaggering anthem delivering a powerful blast of wild and untamed rock ‘n’ roll. The new single captures the feeling of being haunted by your past while howling into the night for something more. Blacklist Union’s new album Slay the Dragon is scheduled for September 2025 and will be their sixth full-length release.
Australian Alt-Rock band Sly Withers release a brand-new single on 17th April entitled ‘Restless’. ‘Restless’ was recorded and produced by Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, RedHook), mixed by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath) and mastered by Grant Berry (Boston Manor, All Time Low). Following this release the band will be touring the UK from 4th – 17th May that includes three shows at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton.
